Glamarita is a locally owned one of a kind clothing and accessories store featuring all handmade recycled materials from owner Ronnie Ryno's designs to other talented local artists and designers.

Ronnie Ryno is the founder and creator of Glamarita. Here is a little bio on how Glamarita got started and what we are all about:

My name is Ronnie and I have been a Special Education teacher for the last ten years. This is one of the most difficult, stressful, insanity-inducing professions and I absolutely love it! Finding that hidden sparkle is so rewarding that the word “rewarding” doesn’t begin to express how seriously I take my job. I take it so seriously in fact that I have come to realize that I needed some kind of outlet to keep me from going crazy with regret for all the kids that need more help than just one person can give.

In 2007, I decided I really needed to be creative in a way that has nothing to do with children, my own or anyone else’s. So I converted an unused section of my basement into a sewing room, then began to scavenge fabrics, scraps, doodads, trims and ribbons from anywhere I could find them and started to go nuts (but in a good way) and Glamarita was born! I am not a professional seamstress, but I have a good eye for color and design. I have a quirky sense of style and absolutely hate to blend in with the crowd.
