Salvation Army still in need of supplies and donations | Community Spirit

Even with an expected big donation of $25,000, the Salvation Army is still short on some back-to-school items for kids in need. They want to give out 3,500 backpacks this year stuffed with enough supplies to help get them through the school year.

The business administrator for the Salvation Army, Sheila Geraghty, sent out an updated list of supplies they still need. Some of the more costly items still needed include, scientific calculators, compasses and 3-ring binders.

To donate, you can drop off supplies or cash at their north Spokane office located at 222 E. Indiana.
