Man caught stealing from 29th Avenue construction | Crime

Police responded to the construction site along 29th Avenue and Manito Blvd. on Tuesday evening after neighbors called in a suspicious vehicle and man.

When officers arrived to the scene, they found Adam D. Andrews, 31, stealing construction material for the rehabilitation project including piping and couplers. The van was seized so officers could bring in a search warrant. The stolen material was found inside the van.

Andrews was arrested for 2nd degree theft and booked into Spokane County Jail.
