Manito/Cannon Hill neighborhood planning movie and picnic in Manito Park | Events

For the upcoming Night Out Against Crime organized by neighborhoods all across the country, Manito/Cannon Hill are thinking about doing a movie and picnic in Manito Park. This event would be tied with the law enforcement non-profit, Spokane COPS.

This was discussed at Tuesday’s neighborhood meeting where volunteers explained the event permits for the August 7 are already organized, but a movie title has yet to be selected.

The neighborhood is looking for feedback on their Facebook page. The picnic would take place in the upper section of Manito Park.
