Young woman critically injured in accidental shooting | News
A 20-year-old woman is in critical condition after she was accidentally shot in the head in a South Spokane home late Wednesday night.
Police say it happened at a house party at 8th and Perry.� They say people in the house were drinking when the woman's friend accidentally fired a shot that hit her in the head.
Five people in the house were taken in for questioning, but police do not believe anyone will be arrested.
Forensics was called to the scene to collect more information.
Police continue to investigate the possibility that negligence led to the shooting.
