Parisian Cupcakes is back in business after a two week closure due to permitting issues. After a successful first week of business, they closed in order to get their permitting straight.

With the help of Spokane Regional Health District, they made it through their last permit application and inspection. They'll be open as usual starting Wednesday with a full case of cupcakes.
